We are using online Job Portal and a data base of more than 6 Million candidates spread across all industries and sectors.

Before we initiate any of these tasks, we complete organization or divisional mapping in consultation with the client using various data banks.

We allocate the profiles depending on the Industrial expertise of consultants.

Each consultant is trained to speak with at least 2000 different candidates before taking up turnkey recruitment assignments.

Our consultants are well trained on “Approach Methodology“, “Search Methodology” and “Negotiation Skills“; thereby increasing the probability of success of convincing the same candidates which otherwise would refuse when approached by client directly.

Our consultants are well trained for managing recruitment drives in planned fashion and are also geared for crisis management and backup plans.
